Tours
The men’s tour. A season of Masters 1000, 500, and 250 events, with the Grand Slams and the Nitto ATP Finals on the same ranking.
The ATP announced a 2026 tour of 59 tournaments in 29 countries, in addition to the four Grand Slams. That list is nine ATP Masters 1000 events, 16 ATP 500s, and 29 ATP 250s. Seven of the nine Masters use the longer 12-day format.
The season also includes the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, the Next Gen ATP Finals presented by PIF in Jeddah, and the team weeks: the United Cup with the WTA and Tennis Australia, the Laver Cup, and the Davis Cup.
Points follow the category. These are the singles champion totals in the 2026 PIF ATP Rankings table. The full round-by-round table is in the rulebook.
2,000 points to the singles champion.
1,000 points. A 96-player draw and a 48- or 56-player draw use the same winner total.
500 points, or 250. A first-round loss at either level is worth nothing.
1,500 for an undefeated champion: 200 for each round-robin win, 400 for the semifinal, and 500 for the final.
The PIF ATP Rankings cover the past 52 weeks. They decide who gets in and who is seeded. The year-end list is published on the Monday after the Nitto ATP Finals.
Eight of the nine Masters 1000 events are mandatory. For a player on the full commitment, the year-end total adds the four Grand Slams, those eight, and the Finals, then his best six results from the United Cup, the ATP 500s, the ATP 250s, the Challenger Tour, and ITF men’s events. A slam or mandatory Masters he was never in line to enter as a direct acceptance can be replaced by another result.
